Letter to Parents

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Our staff at TLCC wants you to feel confident about sending your child to camp. We design our programs so they are welcoming to first-time campers, yet still exciting for returning campers. TLCC is a place where campers can get away from the everyday distractions of life (TVs, phones, electronic games, etc.) and enjoy the peaceful, simple beauty of God’s creation; fun activities they seldom experience elsewhere; and great fun with other campers their age.

We are passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with campers and design our programs, games, speakers, and events around that fact.  You can be sure that when you send your child to Twin Lakes Christian Center, they will take part in quality programming that seeks to challenge believers and non-believers alike.

Our staff and volunteer counselors are trained to view each camper as someone created in God’s image and to look for teachable moments to show them more about God’s love for them. We want to challenge each camper while they are here to help them grow and experience new things, but each camper’s well-being is put first.

We want you to feel secure in sending your child to camp. That’s why at our camps programs you'll find:

  • Certified Lifeguards and waterfront personnel.

  • Certified Nurses and medical professionals.

  • Well-balanced meals that are delicious and age appropriate.

  • Clean and safe facilities.

  • Every camper, regardless of age, race, gender or background are seen and treated by our staff as valuable, eternal persons

We appreciate your being a part of our ministry. Please contact us at anytime.

Blessings,

Scott Larsen

Executive Director
