• Service - TLCC believes that to lead you have to serve.  Jesus gives us the ultimate example of service with his ministry and life with the disciples.

• Flexibility - Serving guests often means thinking outside of the box and going that extra little bit to make sure their experience is special.  Adaptability to changing situations is a trait that we look for in all our staff.

• Authenticity - Being real with yourself, your talents, and your limitations is something that not only is a good thing, but makes our team function.  Know yourself to know how to serve.  We invest in each other on a daily basis, sharing our strengths as well as weaknesses.

• Humor - God has a sense of humor.  Look at the Platypus.  We don't take ourselves too seriously, because we know that a team that laughs together stays together.

• Integrity - We are called to a ministry that is hard work.  For that work to happen we can't be held back by baggage the hinders ourselves or others.  Your lifestyle in ministry should be above reproach, so that those we serve may see God through our lives.

• Passionate - We are all here because we love what we do.  We love God and we love people.  Serving people is not a job, it's a calling.

Summer Staff

Twin Lakes Christian Center is seeking staff who are active in their faith, not Sunday Christians. Our driving motivation and mission is to provide creative programs, services and facilities which will enable Christian churches, ministries, families and organizations in the growing of Christian disciples and servants to their communities.

If you’re just looking for a summer job, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a dynamic, fun and challenging place to serve the Lord this summer, then I encourage you to prayerfully consider joining the TLCC Summer Staff team.

Twin Lakes Christian Center is located in the beautiful heart of Northwestern Iowa surrounded by the expansive views of farmland and a large lake offering very cool recreational options like water skiing, sailing and a 70' waterslide. 

Summer Staff often come from many backgrounds to join in our Christ-centered programs and be part of a service-minded team working for God’s purpose. You could add to and receive from that experience.

Whether you serve at the waterfront or lead worship during youth camp, a summer at TLCC is an experience that will help prepare you for a lifetime. Make new friends, have a ton of fun, and serve the Lord all in a beautiful setting.

TLCC is looking for dedicated disciples of Jesus to serve in the areas of youth, boat wranglers, lifeguards, marketing/photography, crafts, worship leading, recreation, and the office.

Don’t just take our word for it! The summer staff experience at TLCC is valuable enough that many return for second, third and even fourth seasons. Summer Internship requirements can also be met by several positions on staff so you can have fun and fulfill college requirements at the same time!! Good deal!
