Youth Retreats
Sure, we all know that
summer camp is awesome, indescribable and
life-changing. Winter camp is like a booster
shot to your spiritual life. Great Bible
teaching, enthusiastic worship, fun games, ice
time on the lake and then warm up by the
fireplace in the coffee shop. Check out the
dates and get signed up! Be sure to invite a
couple friends, cuz then you come free. Retreats
begin Friday evening at 7p.m. and end Sunday
afternoon at 1p.m.

Snovernight (grades 4th-6th)
January 7-9, 2011
Many of your favorite summer camp
counselors will be back to lead cabin devos, share truth
from God’s Word, and lead worship. The camp is a winter
wonderland. The lake is completely frozen so the
tobogganing and ice skating are all in play. Speaking of
play, we have some new exciting games to teach you. Join
us, and bring a couple friends.
Wintertainment (grades 7th-12th)
February 4-6, 2011
Speaker and band---Stan Hayek is the fired-up and
sold-out Director of Freshmen Ministry for "The Salt
Company," the college ministry of Cornerstone Church in
Ames. Stan's returning with new college freshmen to lead
the retreat and rock the worship with intense, scripture
based teaching and just as intense dodge ball matches.
Last winter he gave a powerful illustration using three
chairs; do you remember? So many in the room went "aha"
as he taught. Stan is a gifted communicator and we are
thrilled to have him back with us.
